Lot 16 is an oceanfront lot in Playa Burica.

The sun rises directly in front of the lot where waves crash over the reef out front.

The lot boasts 32 meters (that’s 35 yards or 104 ft) of ocean frontage and is just over 2,575 square meters (.6 acre) in size.

We’ve planted dozens of palms on the lot as well as several hundred stalks of bamboo. The yard surrounding the cabana is well manicured.
